This tree house is a 2 level viewing decks that was built with love and creativity. We want to share joy and happiness with friends and family and keep centuries of childhood’s dream alive. But the city of Holmes Beach wants to destroy it, has recently fined us $100 per day, extorts us with legal costs and unreasonable compliance demands.
We thank you all who have supported us with the petition to save this tree house. We continue to need your support now more than ever. You can help by:
- Donate and/or shop at our Beach Tree Hut Store
- You can also donate at Gofundme.com/rights-of-treehouse
- Help us Petition the Governor, Senators and Congressmen. Ask them to protect your and our property rights and the constitutional rights to pursue happiness, create and to enjoy our work of love and work of art.
We will donate 10% of the proceed to support children healthcare and education. We believe in helping others while preserving this unique tree house on the beach. It is a point of interest to many beach goers and island visitors. Thousands of photos have already been taken of this tree house.
My heart beat…
O sunlight of my life
Here I am
Eyes closed, I stand with you to the end of time
I’m not a poet and want to be
I love my beautiful and great life in the tree
I want to live until the end of the centuries
Please save me and let me stand the test of time
A cool tree house in a pine tree on the beach of Anna Maria island
Created with love by Lynn, Richard and Rocky…
Poem adapted from my great grand uncle (written in 1945, T.V.T. 1915-1988)
